Founded in 2018, Western Building Co., is a fully integrated real estate investment and development firm specializing in industrial rental property throughout the United States of America. The young company is focused on the acquisition, development and operations of contextualized warehousing, logistics and last mile-distribution buildings in well situated metro regions. Western's mission is to seize opportunities in fundamentally strong, yet undervalued areas and help to improve them and the lives of all stakeholders. Our two founders have managed and developed more than $1 billion worth of real estate throughout the country since 2012.
